It is the Group founder and, nowadays, it is still devoted to work out proposals and strategic projects, and cares for the relations with public institutions. Its mission consists in the growth and development of Associated Companies.
Officially set up in 2008, although deriving from pre-existing realities, it is the Group beating heart, where any logistics projects take shape along the whole supply chain: liquid bulk transportation, multimodal transportation, wastes, logistic services and dry packed materials transportation. A well articulated organization operates close to the main maritime and ground hubs (Bologna, Padova, Piombino, Ravenna), a fleet made of 5.000 trucks and over 7.000 trailers to manage any types of commodities, a large number of warehouses and open spaces, two strategically located poles – Secugnago (Lodi), and Campiglia (Livorno). Everything under constant traceability thanks to advanced IT integrated systems.
Set up in 1984 to be the financial tool of the Group. It is the estates owner and the main shareholder.
Cooperative company founded in 1985, specialized, over the years, in services and assistance provision to Group Members. Its main scopes consist in finalizing commercial and financial purchase group agreements, improving Members’ training and providing useful info and services on demand.
